1.   Confirming bookings

All bookings are held in good faith to the arrival and departure date listed in the reservation, at the rate specified. To confirm reservations, either current valid credit card details or a cash deposit equal to the first night's accommodation 10 days prior to arrival are required. Variations to this may apply during peak periods at the property's absolute discretion.

2.   Cancellations

A cancellation fee of one night's accommodation will apply to any booking cancelled within 48 hours of arrival time. If no arrival time is specified, 10pm of that day will be deemed the arrival time. Any cancellation fee will automatically be charged to the credit card details provided for confirmation, or deducted from the reservation deposit.

Any property may at their absolute discretion alter these terms and conditions for specific bookings, and advise in writing, the terms and conditions that will apply (e.g. to group bookings or for peak period reservations).

3.   Checking in

Upon arrival, each guest will be required to sign a standard Collins Hotel registration form, and accept the terms and conditions therein for his/her stay. Check-in time is 2pm unless otherwise arranged with property.

4.   Payment

Full accommodation payment is required at the time of booking. Please note, there is a 1.5% surcharge on all Mastercard and VISA transactions as well as a 3% surcharge on all AMEX transactions.

Please note, we do require a $100.00 pre-authorisation upon check in on a valid credit card. This is a holding amount within your account by your bank, to cover any incidentals if there may be any throughout your stay. You bank will then make these funds available to you 3-10 business days upon departure. We do not accept cash bonds.

If you wish to settle your account via EFT, please contact the hotel directly once you have made the reservations. All EFT payments must be cleared 10 days prior to check in date.
